Who: Everyone can join! You must own focus and discipline. Manna will help you reach your physical, mental, and spiritual heights, but the results come down to you. Rowers come in all shapes and sizes. The best have four core underlying strengths: endurance, leverage, balance, and grit.
When: The program starts March 14, Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00-7:00pm, Wednesdays 6:00-7:00pm, and the 4th day is TBA.

12 WEEKS TO MASTERY
We encourage any new rowers and their parents to commit to the 12 week Manna program. Why? Psychologists discuss mastery as a pursuit of deliberate practice. From our experience it takes about two months, on average, to get basic rowing technique down properly. Guided by a skilled coach, mastery requires persistent training, focus, and dedicated hours. Manna's structured and proven 12 week program increases growth and maximizes results.
