You are someone who seeks to improve oneself, sculpt your body and mind, and tap into your authenticity – Manna Rowing empowers you to be the best reflection of yourself one stroke at a time through a multi-disciplinary program to build grit for your mind, body, and spirit.

Manna Rowing  uses a system from proven breathing techniques, core training, and rowing. Our team workouts consist of fun, full body circuits on indoor rowers, all set to an inspirational beat.

As one of the most effective forms of full-body exercise, rowing offers: low impact exercise, low risk of injury, high caloric burn, increased core and overall body strength, cardio conditioning, weight loss, increased mental clarity, focus, movement consciousness, scalability, and progress tracking.

At Manna Rowing our mission is to empower, strengthen, and educate you to be able to reach your physical, spiritual, and mental heights.  Our one of a kind experience on the indoor rowing machine brings you into our community to push yourself to new heights. With our knowledgeable, rocking instructors, they’ll guide you through an experience that’s designed to make you shine on the inside and out.

Our beats pack a punch, with the guidance of our instructors you’ll be swinging and flowing with your crew as we build a bond together.  Cardio, strength, high intensity – it’s like you’ve joined an elite group of badasses.  With every stroke, your mind clears and you connect with your true and best self.  Through this shared Manna experience, our crew develops a bond that can’t be broken. Friendships are made and relationships are built – we’re in this together. As you dial in to the sound of the fans, focus on your monitor, you and your crew share an experience bigger than the parts alone.

Life is about going through peaks and valleys. Grit, determination, perseverance and persistence are the keys to success – everything is connected, our minds, our bodies, and our spirits.  With physical and mental practice, you can be the best reflection of yourself and be a light to everyone that comes across your path.
